Hauling Happy Hour is proud to partner with clients to offer a custom approach for packages and mobile bar rentals, ensuring the perfect event. Please see an overview of our packages and services on this page.

All Packages Include:

  • Friendly, TABC certified bartenders

  • Up to 4 hours of beverage service in the mobile bar trailer

  • All bar equipment, napkins, disposable glasses, ice

  • Travel within 30 miles of downtown Houston 

  • General liability and liquor liability insurance

Full or Premium Service (Classic + Mixed Drinks)

  • Full Service:

    • Choice of 4 regular mixers, including coke, cranberry juice, lemonade, limeade, orange juice, soda water, sprite, tonic

    • 3 standard garnishes, including lemon wedges, lime slices, and maraschino cherries

  • Premium Service:

    • ​Choice of 5 premium or regular mixers, including coke, cranberry juice, ginger beer, grapefruit juice, infused simple syrup, lemonade, limeade, orange juice, soda water, sprite, sweet tea, tonic

    • 3 standard garnishes, including lemon wedges, lime slices, and maraschino cherries

    • Choice of 2 additional premium garnishes, including bitters, candies, cucumber, mint, olives, orange wheels, strawberries

  • Liquor pour service

  • Beer service

  • Wine and champagne service

  • Custom alcohol quote and shopping list

Deluxe Service (Classic + 2-3 Custom Cocktails)

  • 2-3 custom cocktails or mocktails, to be developed with our team (existing signature cocktail list or custom offering)
